Applebee's

Fries were cold, asked for well done burger and bacon. Burger was pink inside bacon was not crisp. No salt or pepper on the table , wasn’t asked if we needed any. Had to ask for salt and salsa to go with meal. Waiter stank of cigarettes. Glass and cup were both unclean. Never was asked if we needed refills. Won’t be back to the Hot Springs location.

A short staff casualty. Came to watch the NFL game and were there for 20 minutes before someone asked about drinks. Probably 45 minutes to get our appetizer and thought it best not to order entrees, we might never leave! Lol Management was noticeably watching TV or casually chatting with wait staff while we couldn't get refills. I liked everything we ate though! Spinach and artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks, boneless buffalo wings, and quesadillas. Yum! Will be back.

I am from Louisiana visiting with my family. It was my husband's birthday. First it was hot 82° to be exact, I asked our waiter to turn it down something. He said he couldn't that distract manager doesn't allow it. And has it locked and all this stuff. Comes back and says thermostat says 82°. Then it took forever for our sodas. They we under staffed and have mass confusion in the kitchen. Our server was great and tried so hard. It wasn't his fault. But this establishment needs new management.

Lexi the waitress was great and cheerful.. She's the only reason they got any stars. My steak cooked medium rare was hard on top and rubbery My dad's riblets were kinda dry And my step mom's chicken fingers couldn't even be cut. And this was after Lexi brought her replacement fingers. So zero for food... And y'all should award Lexi for service... Yes, we left her a nice tip, it wasn't her fault the cooks failed so miserably

Clean restaurant, good food just what you would expect from Applebees. The server for our meal was not what I would expect though. She seemed distracted, even though she didn't seem to be busy. She was also not very cheerful or happy. It was difficult to get her attention any time we needed something.

I would give them no stars if i could! They took my money when i got NOTHING from them. They keep throwing me back anf forth to the corp. office and restaurant. So I had placed my order online, asked for curbside service. Got there about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and waited and waited and waited. After 40 minutes of waiting I left. They still charged me for the food that I never saw. Its been ridiculous trying to get a refund. Spoke to a nice manager that assured me that he couldnt do much more than what had already been done. How can they just take my money like that! Theives! I know one thing, I will never eat there again.

I'm allergic to Mango and accidentally ordered a drink that had mango in it. I asked the server to check if it was imitation mango flavoring or real mango, and he brought me the actual cartoon to check out to be sure. Turns out it was real mango. Most people wouldn't have bothered to go out of their way to do that, but because he is better than most, he saved me alot of discomfort and a potential trip to the ER! He also did not charge me for the drink, even though it was my error for not paying enough attention to what I ordered. We had a great girls night out!
