Excellent service by a knowledgeable, skilled and creative bartender, Madi. It was entertaining to watch her create and present the cocktails. The food was excellent. I recommend the French Onion Soup, Cheese Tray and Beet Salad. The decor is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable. The lighting is perfectly low, but not too dark. I recommend both the Heist and The Vault.

This is the nicest place I have been so far in Hot Spring, AR. The decor was stylish and unique and a real vault behind the bar. The "Vault Royal" was the best handcrafted cocktail ever, stronger flavor in excellent balance with champagne. The service and staff is second to none! We had a great visit.

Waaaaaay more impressive than the reviews and photos give off. Holy cow. The highlights: 1. Scott is freaking awesome. That’s the best service I have ever experienced. 2. The honey garlic truffle amazing bread buns are just 🍌🍌🍌! 3. The steak and Cesar salad together are perfect! Don’t let the lighting and decor throw you off. This Vault is top notch!

From the moment you walk in the beautiful front doors you feel as if your in a dream. The lighting is breathtaking as you walk to your table. The staff greets you and makes you feel as if you are at home. The drink selection is truly mesmerizing and the bartender makes them to perfection. The chef personally comes out to talk to you and makes you feel like you are life long best friends. The food … There are truly no words to describe how intense the flavors are. How well blended they are. How each spice hits your taste buds at the right time. The steak was tender enough to cut with a fork and cooked to perfection. The desserts are on a level of their own.

The Vault is one of the nicer establishments in Hot Springs and the food does not disappoint. The harissa chicken was very good, as was the salmon. The French onion soup was also very tasty. One of the best things was also the sea salt bread which came to the table. Service was attentive as well which was a plus. Would recommend for a nicer experience and meal around the town/National Park!

It was my birthday we had reservations for the vault. Everything was amazing absolutely stunning. We felt welcome as we walked in and they all greeted us. They were letting us taste just about everything they could offer and drink Lawd YES 🙌🏾 YES 🙌🏾 YES 🙌🏾 Not only was the food amazingly delicious but each and every person who work there attitude was just extraordinary. My husband had the lamb chops lord they could melt in your mouth. I had the shrimps with jasmine rice unbelievable delicious 😋. We had a cabbage salad complements of the chef who came out and talk with us and wished me a happy birthday God he was so sweet. I truly highly recommend this restaurant this is it and as we say IT’S THE VAULT FOR ME!!! Thank so much for making my birthday so special.
