Absolute pitiful customer service. The staff member was too busy worrying about what the staff were doing in drive through to actually listen to our order. Spend over $42 on our meal. She missed a drink we ordered and no apology from the staff member Also a staff member allowed her friend in the resteraunt to Vape. She wasn't told to go outside. Floors were filthy also. Also absolute disgust in this store as an employee had her friends there and before we got into the car, my 11 year old daughter had the friend stick her middle finger up to my daughter. What a fantastic store Horsham KFC is. Will never waste my money there again

Didn't have to wait long for our food but we didn't get the utensils nor any of our dip. Went back to ask for them but the staff member at the counter just could not solve the problem. Nice gentleman out the back came out, apologies and was quick to get us the dips and utensils. Chicken was dry and the skin was kinda flavourless. A bit below standard of all the other KFC in Adelaide and Melbourne. Biggest downside was the place was filthy.

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Soggy chips and nothing tender about the chicken tenders which seemed to have been cooked hours ago , barely warm, almost unpalatable . I also bought a single piece of chicken and it was a tiny wing, again only just warm and clearly cooked long ago. So disappointing. KFC is my go to when I’m travelling and I haven’t had it for quite some time. Certainly won’t be having it in Horsham again and don’t recommend to anyone else.
