Subway

Today, I went there for the 3rd time and experienced the same scenario. Very bad customer service, the guy never greets, never asks if you want anything else. He is simply very rude. I just asked him to add salt and pepper and he literally started blabbering and making faces. Never ever gonna go back to this subway.

Worst subway I have ordered from. I ordered the foot long meatballs with all the salads,and pulled pork with all the salads. Let’s start with the meatball ball sub, there were only four meatballs on the sub,there was hardly any salad on it,and I asked for everything,it was the worst roll I have received in my life, I am fifty years of age,so that’s a lot of rolls. The pulled pork was just as hideous,what a waste of money that was.

They trick you with the amount of ingrediants!!! I ordered a footlong roast beef, and staff put only 4 slices of beef so I asked is that all for a footlong size because i remeber they should put about 8 slices. Then, staff looked at me once and walked into the kitchen and grabbed two more slices of beef without apologies and just walked off as if nothing happened. WTH!

If I could I don’t even want to give 1 star rating to that subway , I came here multiple times and experienced the worst taste and customer service each time I came Every time the guy up there doesn’t talk to the customers at all and if the customers ask for anything he gives the weird reactions all the time While I was ordering my footlong I ask for the things that I do or don’t like to add but he didn’t listen and made the footlong the way he wanted Disgusting I will never ever come back in here as they have such a disgusting customer service manners He was not even wearing the name batch, I really wish that I could mention his name here

This is regarding the Subway in the Westfield food court (not the subway in the outdoor mall): The two women working there on Thursday afternoons either need more training or need to look for another job. They are constantly playing with their phones and seem more interested in texting than doing their job. While there was no line I was waiting to be served and watched both women looking at their phones, look up to see me waiting, then going back to their phones. On one occasion the manager had to tell one of the girls twice to take my order before she finally and reluctantly did. This has happened on three seperate Thursdays, so it was not an isolated incident. I will not be going back.
