Dunkin'

First - Amber is amazing. She usually is there in the morning and ALWAYS makes our coffee the best. 5/5 for her. Only 4 stars because whenever amber isn't there the coffee isn't horrible but it's not the same. I've never been inside, the drive through itself has a giant pit hole though so be careful, it's kinda tight as well I can only take my car through so when I'm driving my truck it won't fit. Otherwise it's cool

Normally I go through the drive thru early in the morning, and the service is great and fast. I tried service this afternoon at 530pm and the service w a s the worse I've seen. I was the only customer and there were 3 employees that were more concerned about their conversation than they were with fixing my drink. After several minutes of me sitting there waiting for them to finish their conversation, they finally started my drink and made me a medium instead of the large I ordered. Once I mentioned this, they poured the medium in a large cup and added ice. Pay for a large and get a medium. Things need to change or my family and I will find somewhere else to go.

Only 4 stars because service was a bit slow and there was nobody inside ordering and I was the only one in the drive through. I ordered on the app for a coffee and they didn't make it until I pulled up to the window and I was only 5 minutes out. Otherwise, they were kind and the coffee was delicious!

Worst experience ever at a dunkin, husband dropped me off from our RV and drove thru the driveway to the back parking lot to a store parking lot to turn around and pick me back up on the otherside of the dunkin in a gas station parking lot. When i went in to get my order an employee from the dunkin came through the door and was blasting my husband (in front of the whole store with customers in it)for what she thought he was driving through the drive thru with an RV When i told her that was not true and what he was doing she rolled her eyes and shook her head - seriously not even a oh sorry I misunderstood ma’am or anything her body language said it all!! If it wasnt for Devin the customer service person that waited on me (who was great) I would of given this store a -10 Maybe this person should pay more attention to what happened before she comes in and blasts customers in front of the whole store!! I believe this person was a manager or assistant manager bringing in stock from her vehicle. Whoever she is she needs to go!! Customer service the worst!! Will be sending on to corporate.

I went inside to pick up a half dozen donuts. There were only 2 people visible inside. I waited for awhile to were no one asked if I needed help, a hello nothing. So I asked the lady Tatiana if she could help me. She said I’m busy right now & the other employee has to take drive thru first. I replied could you stop & help me. She replied no I’m in the middle of something hatefully. I replied I’m a customer. Then she continued to yell other words which I didn’t listen to. Whoever owns this place definitely needs to step in on the way this lady approached a customer. You should never ever tell a customer I’m Busy in the middle,of something. Then after 10 minutes the other employee came over to help me shrugging his shoulders @ Tatiana. When I was finished purchasing the donuts & leaving Tatiana was still ranting something @ me as I walked out the door. This is definitely unacceptable.
