We have tried the past 4 weekends, there has been no clean silverware, no clean plates. Took way too long to be seated! This time was given plastic ware to eat with… the salad bar was missing half of what was supposed to be out, and looked old! Very poor service! Would give no stars if I could! This was a disappointment because this used to be our favorite place to eat on the weekends. Also, we weren’t able to get what we wanted off the menu (ordered our food, and sat and waited… then the server came to tell us they were out of what we wanted) In my opinion, the servers should be aware of what items are not available… and not wait 15-20 minutes to let you know they are out of what you want. We ended up just getting a salad and 2 sodas, which cost us $40!! Also, there should be host at the door as soon as people come in. Last weekend, we stood at the door for over 15 minutes and not one person came to greet us or say anything, so we walked out!

The Manger was very friendly, the bartender was also very friendly and she maid sure that my order was accurate. The waitresses also appears to be very attentive to their duties.

Took my 84 year old mother there for a late lunch yesterday. No one acknowledged us being there. We looked over the salad bar, it looked and smelled bad. After several minutes, we seated ourselves.
Waited several more minutes and still no acknowledgement. I made eye contact with several people that worked there. Still nothing. We decided to leave. At the door I told a lady, running a carpet sweeper, that I was sorry but we weren't staying. She said she was on her way to help us. She had walked past us to get the carpet sweeper. This was around 3pm. The place was empty. Will not go back. This place is filthy and smells like rotten salad dressing.

The restaurant was dirty. There were several tables that hadn’t been bused. It took forever to get service. Food was over cooked. They were out of silverware so they gave us plastic utensils, may be because they never cleared any of the tables off. Will never go back to a Ruby Tuesday.

This place was quite good a couple years ago. Unfortunately it has become a hole. Dirty floor, table, chair, silver, and salad bar. Food was slow (with only 4 tables in the place) and flavorless

I go when I get salad bar cravings. Salad bar is decent and good. I miss Martin's/Ukrops salad bar. This is close to what I can get. Other food be hit or miss it seems. Quality and service seem to be dwindling.

Staff kinda makes this a place to be better off eating somewhere else. But they'll probably quit or be fired sooner then later so I'll be back in a few month's to see if it's gotten out of the toilet yet.

This is an excellent Restaurant for Family and friends to meet and eat well. The Chef's are fantastic! Servers Monica and Keyah are the most thoughtful here this day. Thomas and Jeff...awesome!
