Panera Bread

Waited an hour for curbside pick up. The tuna salad sandwich is supposed to come on foccacia bread - it is on some sort of thick sliced sweet bread - but the worst is that there is literally NO tuna salad - they smeared a thin layer on the bread - I guess so there is the scent? And then filled the rest with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Terrible service - terrible food.

Edit: Updated from 1-star to 3-stars (Will update again after next visit). Thank you employee "S" for communicating with your team members as promised. Informing customers of unusually long wait times is important, so thank you. Ordered a wrap and a yogurt. I'm not sure how long I've been waiting but the ice in my drink is almost completely melted. If the wait time is going to be an hour or two, please inform the customer before taking their money. I would not have waited this long. I could have went somewhere else and not wasted upwards of two hours sitting in your lobby.

I haven't been to a Panera Bread in a long time. Not used to how they handle things anymore. Asked the customer service rep how to maneuver through and she was very nice and non condescending. I am older and things are a little challenging for me to understand. I enjoyed the food and the free birthday pastry.

I've never had Panera before & after today I won't again. I ordered online which was easy & convenient. I ordered delivery for myself & my friend at work. Food arrived super fast; I got pasta, she got a sandwich. It was $25 after delivery & tip. Hers was very good, she couldn't eat it all and shared with me. Good thing she did. I ordered the cheese tortellini pasta for $8 (& change). The bowl it came in wasn't even 1/3 full. I would have been embarrassed to serve it to my 11 year old son.(The pics don't do it justice, it was ridiculous!) Way too much money for a palm-size scoop of noodles that wasn't even that good. I could have whipped up a much more flavorful AND plentiful dish at home for $8 bucks & next time I will! Definitely not worth my hard earned cash.

12/20/21, We waited an hour and ten minutes and still had not gotten our food. We asked a worker and he said “we have 30 orders, we’re busy”. My mom went to ask the girl at the front and she then sent our order in. I’m not sure what happened, but the food came after that. The employees did not sympathize with the situation or explain. It was busy, but it should not have taken almost an hour and a half to get our food while many other tables were getting their orders.
