Arby's

I’ve eaten here before. Food is usually hot and crispy but they close early and at random times. Which means they still show as open on google and they take mobile orders until 11pm. Put in a mobile order at around 10. Got there at 10:15. All the lights are off no cars in the lot and doors are locked. Now i’m out $25 dollars and i’m hungry. Thankfully Arbys customer service is 💯 and was in contact with them within a minute.

We just left there after ordering two milkshakes. #1 don't expect to be overwhelmed by their customer service. The employees seemed more concerned with feeding and drinking themselves while in the kitchen. #2 my husband's chocolate shake was undrinkable. It tasted like the young man dumped in a half a bottle of chocolate syrup. We were traveling and did not go back to complain. My shake was fine. But when the boy handed me mine I said thank you and he just stood there looking at me. Thanking your customer goes along way. He did not even offer me MY receipt.

Worst Arby's I've ever tried to order from!! They open when they want to, make excuses why they won't serve you. Today I placed a mobile order and when I go to pick it up one of the workers yell at me from the dumpster. He refused to answer my questions and just blows me off. RUDE!! And I'm paying for a mobile order I didn't receive!!
