Ahzia is an amazing employee. She was just supposed to be working the drive through taking orders and money. When no other employees were helping her she took the initiative and made my food herself. She was very kind and I appreciate her making my food. I will be back because of her.

We are always so pleased with the service at this Arby's location... The employees here are so kind and attentive; they seem to all take pride in their work. The food is also always prepared and given out accurately.

Went here at Lorna rd locations as usual. Went with my husband and my 10th th old baby since it’s easy for us to put my baby in the high chair and spend a good time in the restaurant. Unfortunately I had to knock at the door loud (it was locked) because they were ignoring us… well, they were close even though they have a HUGE advertisement that they are OPEN for dine in. And the schedule says it’s open too….

They kicked me out of the lobby when I was trying to pick up a DoorDash, even tho the app said to come inside and the door was open... Wasting my time and delaying my customers order.
Tell the manager to pay more so you can have staff. I blame management. They must be stupid.

Arby's was way understaffed and it was obvious. The restaurant was unclean & disorganized. The condiments were empty, the tables filthy, and the guy behind the cash register looked & acted like he would have rathered be anywhere but there. They also weren't masked

Ate take out twice while visiting my mother. I tried both Diablo options... Very tasty. Staff was very nice as well

Disrespectful and really really bad service
I fell so bad because they was laughing because of my English accent and no napkins no ketchup when I ask for ketchup they all was laughing fun and it’s totally disrespectful..I was manager in Dunkin’ Donuts almost 3 years and now I work in domino’s pizza as a delivery driver and assistant manager..so accent doesn’t matter,matter is word
R8 or wrong...and don’t go for within 30 seconds they make real cold chicken sandwich
