Should offer same price as online orders. Placed order from number listed online and it was sent to wrong store. Shouldnt have to cancel order and reorder.

As you would expect. It’s a Pizza Hut. Counter only and no sit down. If you order at the counter, sit and wait inside because if you wait outside they won’t bother to let you know your order is ready. Pizza Hut is not exactly anyone’s life passion. So be nice to the workers. We all got bills.

I called the Hawaii Kai location back immediately after I hung up to change the crust to thin....they said they couldn’t change it and it was already in the oven. So I cancelled and will use Boston pizza from now on. Thanks

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place.
Placed an order online for a medium pepperoni and breadsticks. The website told me with the 0.5 mile drive from their door to mine it would take 25-35 mins. 1 hour later...nothing. Had to call pizza hut customer service to cancel because there is no number available to call this place and I see why.
As someone who works in a pizzeria I can safely say this place is a disgrace.

Why is this Pizza Hut still in business? All Hawaii Kai Residents should black ball Pizza Hut! The food is beyond disgusting and it has been for years. While you are still eating the food you can feel the diarrhea starting. That means something is contaminated in the meat, sauce, dough, cheese? Everything? They don't get much business because their food is horrible, so if YOU order something it is less than fresh, possibly moldy ingredients. I just finished eating the food and I feel sick as I am writing this. We shut down Papa John"s in Hawaii Kai, it's time we shut down Pizza Hut Hawaii Kai.
