Best Subway restaurant in the franchise! The restaurant is small, but there are outside tables as well, and it inside is always neat and clean and well-stocked. The management is great because they make an effort to hire local students, and the kids are very friendly, attentive, and polite. Unless you're incapable of a coherent order, you're going to get the sandwich you want. (I've seen some of the other customers, and they're idiots. I'm glad I don't have to put up with them, only wait in line behind them!) The staff also make a real effort to remember and recognize the regular customers.

The staff at the Koko Marina location are wonderful, efficient and want to help you. I go about once a week and never a wrong or bad order. Parking is free and easy, store is very clean.

There is only a small seating area and no bathroom (we had to go over to the Texaco gas station to use there restroom) but the service was good and the food was good. There is also outdoor seating tables and a starbucks I believe next door :)

The shopping center parking is horrendous (thus the 4 stars), but it's worth it, to me. The service is excellent. I go there two times a week, and the owner knows I'll be ordering a pastrami 6-inch when I approach the counter.
