Lovely and clean, used toilets the change babies nappy and they were very clean and actually smelt nice!
We had 2 drinks both personalised, both very nice! Very glad we stopped

The cost of the food was a little high but it was all delicious so no big issue there. The staff were kind and courteous, and when asked for dairy free options, there was no hesitation, I was given several answers instantly.

Not normally a fan of Starbucks beans/coffee but stopped for black coffee cold brew which was surprisingly good! Gents loos were out of order but disabled was acceptable.

Great location, I have to give to Starbucks....they can really milk it like nobody else, making bucket of money from that place.
Convince is great, as there are no services nearby and is right on the road that gets lots of traffic jams. So people tend to stop there fed up, in need of rest food and toilet as well.
Service was quick, food is expensive, however, it is well worth stopping for rest and avoid sitting in traffic

Gets 5 because the staff deserve it. Awesome friendly people, unfortunately you get the miscreants travelling through who stop and abuse the site. Some mothers obviously didn't teach their boys how to be clean and some women just want to be the patriarchy it seems. Can be slow but that's not down to the staff, they can only make so many frappes at a time, groups queuing individually buying their own drinks all ordering the longest non coffee drink they can find on the menu.

Great place to stop from a long journey, in my case Plymouth. Just be mindful of getting out as main road is very busy!

This service station 🚉 is nicely located just next to the road 🛣️ side. It has fair number of parking 🅿️ spaces. The staff members are friendly. Fair variety of food 🥝🥑 and drinks 🍻.
The view 🪟 around the area is beautiful.
Only limitation was the toilet 🚽🪠 not properly cleaned and maintained even though they are newly built.

Nice coffee, friendly staff, it wasn't busy at the time of visit. Toilets were reasonably clean. Pumpkin spice was nice. We missed a service on the M5, this was a nice surprise.

This is the central meeting place for us from yeovil and our child in Exeter so we had breakfast there today. The larger toilet block is so much better than before. The large new extension is worth the wait. The hot breakfast toastie and latte coffees were all hot and nice. The building was clean and tidy and covid secured. Sections were out of use for the security of the customer. Overall I really like this Starbucks.
