Terrible. Can't handle simple orders. I only ordered 2 sandwiches(no changes or anything) and there was only one person in front of me. Took me over 35 minutes to receive my order and I had to tell her 4 times not to toast my bagel. They're beyond incompetent and seem to be COMPLETELY used to/fine with the utter lack of customer service. I will never waste another cent there and suggest anyone reading this not to as well.

Placed an "On The Go" order and the staff laid the order on the counter and waited on the next three people that came in after me then asked me if they could help me. Then when I took the order out to the car I discovered that they did not put any sweetener in the drinks! Very poor service.

This restaurant has amazing service and enjoyable menu. The best place ever. The drinks and food came out rapidly and the rates were affordable. Will definitely recommend this place.

No toilet paper, debris on the restroom floor, small customer area cluttered with a wet floor sign and there was no visible wetness.

It's small, but the selection is good, the staff are friendly, and it's always clean. It's a tradition for my friends and I to stop here and grab our coffee and a donut on our occasional day trips down to the Keys.
