My food was hot and tasty. Great baked potato as it should have been since I had to wait for it to finish cooking. The only problem with service was I was not told I'd be waiting over 5 mins because of the potato not being ready. I ordered on the app so when I was told to pull forward and food would be brought out to me I asked if they had baked potato. Was told yes but not told they were not ready yet. It would have been better to know that is why I was waiting.

You walk into a regular Wendy's, and walk out with a giant smile on your face thanks to their gem of an employee Valencia! She has a way with people - her demeanor cheers you up, she makes every customer feel special.

The cashier was excellent. She was friendly, engaging, and professional. The baked potato with sour cream and chives was perfect. The spicy chicken nuggets with the Sriracha sauce was so good. Each was served hot and fresh. The prices are not outrageous considering the economy.

Great service and very clean considering it was lunch time. I didn't even know about this location which is very close to work. I will be back after this great experience.

Their customer service was by far the most accommodating, professional and friendliness I've experienced in a little while. They are always packed inside and the drive threw. So that goes to show you how great they are. Especially the manager she went above and beyond for my order.
