Dunkin'

Order plain bagel easy cream cheese toasted and cutt in half. I go to other dunkin so I figured all the dunkins are the same. When asked if she can cutt she said I'll give you a knife and you can cutt it yourself so then I said no its ok don't cutt it. When I got my bagel it was not easy cream cheese, it was not toasted but it was cutt but NOT with a knife it seemed like the lady cutt it with her hands. If I go drive thru it's because I can't cutt or spread my cream cheese. I'm paying for my food not getting it for free. Not happy at all.

I mobile ordered at this location at 8:40 and got there at 8:50 and they're not supposed to close until 9. I got there and they said they were close so now I have to go through dunkin customer service to get a refund and I used a free drink reward and now I won't get that back. This is extremely unprofessional I understand if I had placed an order later and they were unable to fulfill it but it was placed 20 minutes before they were supposed to close.

Just stopped by this DD and and Indian lady who said her name is "julie" was very rude I asked for a cup holder and she said you have three ppl in the car to hold the coffee! This is not the first time workers are rude! DD you need to train your workers for better customer service! If I could give a -1 I would've definitely done it!

I wish I could give negative stars because that is how horrible the service was that I received today trying to get coffee for myself and a couple co-workers!!! I get there about 9:20 am and the door is locked and no sign and when I say this no sign indicating why the store is closed. I try knocking and no one acknowledges me so I keep knocking and one of the employees waved me to go around (translation go through drive thru) would it be so hard to let your customers know that the store is closed!!! No but of course I ordered my coffee and the guy of course was so rude of the speaker as I was very frustrated already!! I then stated please be sure not to forget the flavored syrup and he said we never forget that (which in my past at this location it happens more often) I get to the window and simply explain it would be nice if you can let your customers know your store is closed and the lady at the window VERY RUDELY said “YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING ABO IT IT” I was so taken back by this comment and I am like seriously this is the service you give your customers and then replied that I will be sure to communicate to my office and post a review that no one from St.Alexis goes to this location in hopes that their rudeness causes them to lose customers and their business! I am in patient care and I will never speak to anyone like that especially if they are simply trying to give constructive criticism! I if anyone reading this works in Hoffmann estates there is another Dunkin’ down the street and their service is much better! NOT NOT GUVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY CUZ THEY DON’T APPRECIATE IT YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Not the Dunkin Donuts Coffee I grew to love and yearn during the many years that I had indulged, it lacked aroma and it’s unique taste, was totally missing! The brew was weak seemed water down, maybe the coffee bean used was a different variety or a different method of brewing, was used, regardless I was very disappointed!!
