Kfc

Food was OK but whilst I was patiently waiting for my order I decided to go to the gents for a much needed wee, it wasn't until I was beast in hand that I noticed someone had absolutely desiccated the toilet pan leaving a red/brown curry like substance on the ceramic slope of the pan. I'm my anger I tried too break up the now dried substance with a build up of pressure only releasing the flavours and essents of the previous user of the lavatorie. Once I had finished I then began the much needed feast into my big daddy meal.

Stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for a good 5mins. 2 workers behind the counter were faffing around making up one order, there was no one else in store. All we wanted was a crushem. Decided to leave. Glad we did as I’ve just seen the food hygiene rating is 2! Rank. Would have given it 0 stars if it were possible.

This is the first KFC i've ever been to and it is honestly not best best place to eat but is good. There is a huge problem with this place and that is the door and that it does not close fully so it can get cold quite quickly if left open. Space is another problem yes i know they want you to take it outside or something like that but when you come from a college and there is no place to eat. Yes i do know that this place is not huge enough to be big but it could be improved. The food however was great, getting a huge box with many types of chicken will take time but the food is great when it comes. wish the chips could get some flavour.

I was appalled by the service I received at this branch. I ordered a salad box and was firstly told there was no fillets for this meal so after suggesting that they replace it with 2 pieces of boneless chicken which had to be check with a manager I also stipulated no mayonnaise 5 times and then proceeded to place the rest of my order of 2 boneless banquettes and drinks. After waiting a long time for the meals to be made and listening to other customers complaining about their poor service we heard the girl that was preparing the salad box say that they had no tomatoes so extra lettuce was just thrown in.When the meal was finally bagged up for us there were two salad boxes made, both doused in mayonnaise After only ordering one. And by this time the boneless boxes were getting cold. When we asked for a new salad box and a refund for the second one that was made but not ordered we were given a full refund instead and no meal. When we questioned this we were told very rudely that we either had the food or a refund. I now will never use kfc again and will go to lengths to make other people aware of how badly you treat customers at the Hoddesdon branch.

Honestly the worst KFC I've ever been to and believe me I've been to afew in my time as my job requires me to travel up and down the country on a daily basis. My fault for not checking their reviews, didnt think I needed to as it's a kFC. What a let down! The old blonde granny behind the couner stood their waffling for ten minutes on a video call before she gave me my food which I had ordered and paid for 15 minutes earlier before walking to a cashpoint round the corner and returning within 5 minutes. She either needs to hurry up and die or get sacked.
