The guy behind the counter with the receding hairline charged me a dollar for tap water. Moments before that he says the faucet wasn’t working. In 15 years I’ve never paid for tap water at Dunkin’ Donuts. Very cheap

This place is fine, you know what you get with Dunkin. It's a pretty small location so it won't have a HUGE selection of donuts. The only issue I really face is getting breakfast in the morning can take a while so order on the app plenty in advance.

Really smelly, messy and unhygienic place with long lines and rude staff who don't understand English and constantly misplace orders. This place used to be better earlier but things have changed drastically under the new management.

Ordered an iced matcha latte, got an iced coffee (don't like coffee). Ordered a pumpkin donut, got a cream filled donut. Ordered a chocolate glazed donut, got a full chocolate donut. Literally only got my hash browns correct. It was a delivery with everything wrong.

C’mon... it’s Dunkin’. Service is very friendly, the store is clean and you already know what the coffee, donuts and other food items taste like.

Small corner Dunkin' that is perfect for grabbing something to go. Not really a place to hang out as they don't have the space. Usually busy, but line moves quickly. Now has a pick up location on the side door if you ordered online.

This Dunkin’ used to be great, now it’s absolute TRASH. I’ve lived across from it for 3+ years, and went there almost daily. The old owner was fantastic and had the place running like clockwork. It sold to a new owner post-pandemic, and the place is an absolute joke now. Do you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes for your PRE-ORDERED mobile order? They don’t answer the phone if you need to change something. There’s no guarantee even going inside will get the employees to look at you. There even used to be a # to contact the owner inside and that’s gone. This place is terrible now, don’t go.

The new owners working here messed up my order, their was only one person who spoke English who knows what he was doing, the employees just sit their and do nothing, I was so irritated, I paid for something I didn’t ask for . It was ridiculous. Get people who speak English, not people who speak Arbic and don’t know what they are doing.
