I rarely find good vegetarian hero sandwiches but I decided to check out Sauced after seeing some droolworthy pictures on Google/Yelp. Soo glad I went there for lunch today. I built my own sandwich and my roasted cauliflower hero with garlic butter, cheddar, pico and roasted red peppers was perfect with the curry sauce! Can't wait to try the other sauces, wraps and bowls. I will be back!!

It’s a great wrap/roll shop and best one to try is chicken tikka wrap. They give amazing sauce as side with this wrap which is yummy. One suggestion is please try to make chicken tikka pieces really small inside the wrap so that it blends well.

Had the "201" and it was solid. The chicken was crispy but tender and the pink sauce was solid. Will repeat

Just awesome food every time. What I like is that after the heavy meal I still feel light and fresh. Always fresh food and chicken tastes delicious...

This place is awesome!! Super friendly people, but most importantly fresh, delicious, and creative meals. A friend and I both went in with somewhat restrictive diets and got bowls without rice (they were happy to comply) and we couldn't believe how filling they were. We were stuffed, but ate every last delicious bit. I got chicken, roasted veggies, pickled onions, lettuce, tomato, and GERB SAUCE. Can't wait to go back and try out some of the other sauces!!

Fantastic! Excellent masala chicken rice bowl and lentil whole wheat wrap with fresh pesto, tomatoes, Swiss cheese lightly grilled! Highly recommend! High chairs only, no proper tables but everything is made right there.

BEST. SAUCES. AND. WRAPS. EVER! I tried the 201 wrap and it was delicious! Sauce to filling ratio was really good and the staff were super friendly. My friend tried the Chicken Tikka bowl and was really impressed with the flavors. Hoboken gained a great new spot. Definitely coming back!

Vegetarian review: If you're vegetarian, then you basically have two options for your main filling - cauliflower or breaded tofu. Both are a disappointment for the ~$10 you will end up paying for your meal. I only tried the sandwich and not the wrap or the bowls and I must say that it was a big disappointment. There are some fundamental flaws IMO in what Sauced offers in the construct of their sandwiches. 1. The bread. Their regular bread is basically way too thick and tough; not only detracting but taking away from anything you choose to fill in-between. 2. The severe limitations in 'topping. For a $9 sandwich - the limitations on toppings does not help with the bread situation. You can only choose two items to add to your sandwich including absolute basics such as lettuce, tomato, onions, banana/jalapeno peppers, etc. This is abysmal since so many of these items are just bottled. While the shishito peppers and lettuce (my toppings) were a bit less - the main fillings are more than enough to fill you up if that's your prime expectation. 3. Sauce strategy. What exactly are they trying to accomplish by limiting the number of sauces? Some sauces go with others to create better and deeper flavors so it's tough to pick one here especially when there is also such a severe constraint on the toppings. The vegetarian fillings: While the breaded tofu has some flavor due to seasoning in the breading, the cauliflower has a distinct Asian spice tone to it and is overall bland. The cauliflowers are closer to being boiled and I wished that they were instead more heavily sauteed with spices. If you're looking for sauces for heat, I can warn you that they have none. The Pineapple Heat sauce which is advertised as their spiciest does not hot a candle to even the Hot level sauces at Taco Bell - so prepare to be disappointed If you're a Fire Sauce guzzler.
