I can believe the employees do not how to handle the automatic order machine. I spend 30 minutes placing an order for five people, I lost it one time… the second time machine froze on payment and the cashier does not have a clue how transfer the order to the main cashier.

Idk what happened to this place, but ever since they reopened they are a complete disaster in the morning. Google says they “open at 5.30” that isnt true. More like anywhere from 6-6.30. Place is fine once employees are here but dont say you open at 5.30 and have employees strolling in at 6.30. Very annoying

Im am still tryinf figure out when did D and D turn into a A Rab establishment. Their is anyone that work their tht can barely apeak a lock of English. How can they possibly get your order correct or how can we even understand them. I liked D and D a whole lot better when it was an American establishment... Lets hope Starbucks keep it American

Brand new place and already the worst in Hoboken. Staff careless, on the phone all the time. Unbelievable how bad the place is now. I guess the owner don't care about his business. Sad

Ordered a small iced coffee, it spilled all over the floor when opening the door to my apartment which is completely my fault. Full blame on me.
I tried calling them to see if maybe they can get me a new coffee and they didn't pick up. I decided ill walk there and ask. In a super apologetic way, i said "im so sorry for asking but is it possible to get a new cup of coffee, i spilled it all over the floor. If not, its fine, i understand but just wanted to ask". The two staff members looked at eachother and condescendingly asked me "if you spilled it, whys the cup so clean". I literally was dumbfounded by the question....the cup fell on the floor and all the coffee spilled out, why would it be dirty..?
I said look its fine ill buy another one but the guy just gave me a new one but condescendingly said "i dont get how your cup was so clean, makes no sense". Dude, i've been coming here for over a year almost everyday for coffee. I get there will always be suspicion but just tell me straight up "hey we cant replace" instead of giving me a new one and yelling outloud in front of people "the cup seems too clean but whatever here you go". Was really an embarrassing ordeal over a 2 dollar cup of coffee which I would have rather paid for again if I knew thats how they would treat the situation.
I will not be coming back anymore. This is a good reason for me to start supporting local coffee shops anyways during this time.
