Nice store. We ordered large chicken, half chicken 2* large sides. Had nandos nearly after 6 years. But the taste and food was amazing and delicious. Highly recommended. Customer service can be improved more. Highly recommended store.

My first meal after flying in from Changi via Melbourne. Food is good as always. Service with a smile too. Great to be back in Tasmania in April 2022 after 28 months away.

Been there more times than I can count. Food Is almost always spot on and if not staff are super understanding! Staff are just great there and seemed to be trained very well. Always very clean and nice environment

We had a large table, food was good but some of our orders were mixed up and a couple of sides didn't arrive until we chased them up. By then it was too late. The staff are good, their processes need some attention

Young girl at the front counter was horribly rude as was the manager. I ordered a double cheese and bacon, got given a BLAT which has capsicum relish and I am allergic. Went back in to speak to a manager about it and she basically laughed in my face and asked what I expected her to do about it. Never going back there again, customer service is disgraceful.

Ordered online and gave them 45 minutes notice, went in store to wait a further 45 minutes instore, i get that its busy, but they gave me no notice, when i asked the man behind the grill 30 minutes into the wait if my order was ready and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. When i was finally given my order and i got all the way home, there was no chips in the bag.. extremely bad service, when i tried to call and let then know, again, extremely unhelpful and rude
