Ihop

6 months ago I had a great experience. Yesterday we found out there was a new manager and you can tell the difference. Our waitress is the hostess who filled in but didn't have the support of her manager. We had to place our order twice. It still came out wrong, cold, hard grits, burned, and some of the food was nasty. Our waitress did make excellent milk shakes! The manager didn't want to listen to us even though we were more than patient. Another group just walked out. This was the worst experience.

Not very busy and got a table right away. The waitress was very attentive, drinks right away and the order place at the same time. Silverware, and all needed condiments brought to the table before food showed up. The waitress was always checking in on us as she walked by. Great Service and food as expected from IHOP.

Visited this location on 04/23/22 this was a Saturday around 630pm. The location was not busy at all. We sat for 20 minutes with out being waited on. Even had the manager on duty walk by our table 3 times and didn't say a word to us. Finally at the moment we have decided to leave an amazing young lady named Whitney came out and was shocked we hadn't been served. If it wasn't for this amazing young lady I would have left the location to find another location for dinner. This young lady did an absolutely fantastic job not only dealing with me who was obviously irritated but was more than understanding of my reason for being irritated. Whitney is a fantastic waitress and has the best attitude of a young server I have ever seen. In the regards to the manager on duty for this evening, there is definitely a customer service issue with this fellow and I would highly suggest an leadership observation.

Absolute terrible experience. My family and I went in for breakfast. Wait time was nice, however not longer after we were sat, the people in the booth next to us were just extremely loud and literally moving around so much they were shaking our entire table. We moved tables, and waited what seemed like forever for our food. On arrival, my food was disgusting. Powdered egged drowned in cheese, hash browns were not cooked and full of powder and grit. French toast was soggy. My husbands food was the same. My children all ordered different meals but all included eggs. All of their eggs were undercooked and slimy. As we checked out, we found that we were over charged for a full drink rather than a kids. Manager was apologetic but server mentioned she had already had 5 similar issues that morning. We have been to many Ihops across the country and will never return to this location.
