Don’t go when they are busy… The food quality declines a lot. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits. The chicken was cold and the biscuit was flat and crunchy along with being cold. I also order a small gravy. They didn’t even fill the small cup fully. It was only half full and that is already over priced for a small gravy any way. The only positive thing I can say about this experience was they actually had Dr.Pepper for the first time in a while. I don’t think I’ll go to this one again. I have had more bad experiences than good at this location.

This establishment is filthy. I say the health department should visit here. I have loved Martin's but the filth in this place is incredibly disgusting 😒. From the nonexistent landscaping, to the greasy parking lot walking in, the ceilings are covered in dust and grease. The monitor is covered in grease. The order here sign hangs from the ceiling with rusty chains that are caked in grease and dust. Every corner and crevice has grease and dirt buildup from the parking lot walking in. Nothing in this place is clean. I do not blame the associates who work here, obviously their leadership is lacking. Funding from the corporate office is not being spent in this location. If you go a few miles down Dallas highway you see a completely different experience.

After a long wait at Martins in Hiram Georgia, service was terrible. My bacon on my biscuit was burned and my orange juice was watered down- had way too much ice and the gut at the drive thru was not friendly and didn’t even say thank you. This happened on April 4, 2022 at 11:51:41 order number # 16. From now on I will go to Bojangles. I will not eat at Martins

Normal long line at the drive thru. 30-40 minutes. Got our order and upon getting home we were missing the 2 side orders of bacon. Please start double checking your customers orders before you give them to us. Another minute isn't going to matter too get things right! At least the waffle house gets their orders correct and they double check the order if it's a to go order!
