Cool new space to get good coffee, do your banking or work in an open and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and really cares to make this place a success. My wife and I are both capital one clients so we get 50% off great coffee creations by Pete's coffee which is an unbeatable deal. The concept has a lot of room to stretch to bring people together at a bank sponsored townhall hangout where you can get great financial advice and hangout.

Maryanne and her staff Maryssa and Freddy are super friendly, nice, and kind! This place is amazing, the staff is great and their personality is fantastic. They give personality to the venue by always laughing and having a good time at work. I love coming here for the best cappuccino. I don't have a credit card here yet but I'll get it just for them.

I had the worst experience today (03/09/2020) around 1:30pm at Capital Bank Cafe. After searching for an employee, and finally found two women with name tags in a “nook” room on their phones. They were immediately frustrated that they had to “deal with me”. I asked questions regarding my business’ bank and was blatantly told “no” over and over in a rude manner by an older woman with glasses. I had mistakenly mixed the bank for the one across the street, but the way that woman handled the situation was appalling. I am not sure why this woman was so aggressive towards me , maybe for interrupting her phone time on the job. I work in Derby Street, and will never step foot in there for a coffee or bank information again. Which is unfortunate because the building itself is beautiful and very well put together.

I lost my card and needed a new one as soon as possible since I was traveling out of the country. Catherine was super helpful and made my experience overall enjoyable. We got everything set for my trip! Great customer service in a relaxed atmosphere. Not to mention you get a discount on beverages if you use your capital one card :)
