Food is always consistent here the drive thru is always busy but inside is the best it has been always fast service so inside I would give it a 5 stars the drive thru 3 stars cause its always congestion with cars actually their location at puainako same problem but worth the wait cause food consistency.

Food was fresh and good for a McDonald’s. Good stop from rainbow falls. No soap in restrooms or hand sanitizer anywhere. This is in a not so safe area of Hilo, at least to us.

I would highly recommend downloading the mc d app. Order before you go... they'll have your meal ready when you arrive, when you pull up they'll ask you for your app order number! Or park in the order pick up area and they'll brin% your meal!
