Drive-thru is a problem at this facility. Only one drive-thru which causes long lines that nearly circle the facility and partially block the front entrance, handicap parking, and dine-in parking area for the restaurant.

Nice friendly service. I wish McDonalds would reopen the refill soda fountain. The excuse McDonalds is giving for not allowing refills is that it is because of Covid is weak.

The food at McDonald's in Hawai‘i tastes better than the mainland. The staff is friendly. All staff was wearing masks. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The fountain soda is spot on.

Fast inside service. You can order at the cashier or a kiosk. Plenty of seating and nice staff. Drive-through was congested the whole time we were there.

We ordered through the app and had no issues. I liked the spam better than the Portuguese sausage. I don’t understand the negative reviews here.

The people here are great. The only problem is this is such a popular location the wait in the drive through is like 10+ cars deep. Fortunately they keep it moving reasonably fast. Great staff though. Always a perfect on point McDonalds meal from this location.
