Hard workers. Felt bad for them when the encountered some kind of register problem.
Line was long and drive thru wait time was over 30min. The staff handled everything like pros.
Explained to customers of their situation and apologized to everyone for the long wait.
They kept their cool and kept reaching out to customers.

Special order your burger so it's nice and hot. Love that they are always good and open all the time; on Big Island that's hard to come by.

I try to eat very cleanly and avoid take out to a degree. However, when I do get a craving for something rich and meaty, Jack in the Box is one of my go-to locations. You couldn't ask for a better set of staff; they are very friendly and efficient. The food is prepared quickly, and tastes indulgent. I like how I can be a night owl and still satisfy my cravings.

Out of all the fast food options in Hilo, Jack in the Box is by far my favorite. The prices like everywhere else are climbing sky high: we ordered two regular single patty burgers and they were over $7.50 each, but at least they were tasty. The curly fries and the jalapeño poppers are always delicious.
It's definitely not cheap, but at least the portion size is good, the service is fast, and I've never had anything I didn't like from here.
Definitely recommended if you need that fast-food burger fix.
