It was ok. Not great. But not bad. Server was nice the lady Taking our money and doing togos isn't very pleasant.

The staff is very nice and sweet. The food is just ok. The food doesn't always come out hot. They keep your drinks refilled though. The banana bread is always a treat. It's a nice neutral place to eat if you have those that are undecided. Bathrooms are clean. The kids liked the bendy straws at the hostess station. Very cute decor and very clean.

Had to wait 15 mins with hardly any customers in dining room. Found out because short of cooks! Our meals weren't even lukewarm. Very disappointed because this is our favorite bob Evans. Waitress explained what was going on and very friendly. Understand that this crazy country has affected many people and jobs, but at least our meals could've/should've been hot!!!

This place was terrible... all staff was teenagers that were standing around talking not waiting their tables. 4 consecutive parties before us either walked out or complained to the manager. Being a manager myself, this is totally unacceptable.... She has no business in her role....And food was terrible...... I've ate at plenty other franchises and never had an experience this bad. Will never eat any Bob Evans again.

We went in during lunch and for the life of my I can't remember our servers name but she was an older lady. Right from the second we sat down she played and talked with my 5 year old just like a grandma would!! There is also another server at night time that I absolutely adore and does an amazing job!!

Lovely experience! We got there at 8pm whenbthey close at 9 pm. Wait staff was great (food took a bit of time but not super long), everything fresh and yummy.

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. The worst staff I have ever met. I work in a restaurant myself and If I treated customers like that my manager would be upset. Me and my family waited 10-15 minutes to be put on list and this was after we went up to the manager and said something. They ignored me the first time I said something and then finally said something the 2nd time. After I finally got the mangers attention she had attitude. Before I even get the chance to speak she says someone will be right with you. So the manager saw us and didn’t even say anything. I understand they were kinda busy. But there were servers just standing around. Looking at us and not coming up to us. Definitely not the place to go but the only place open in Hillsboro for Christmas Eve.
