Worst experience! I waited in the drive-through lane closest to the building for 20 minutes and watched as 6 cars went in front of me from the other lane. I never did get anyone to show up on the microphone. I then went inside after waiting in line forever at the drive thrill having not having not placed an order. Ask for the manager and the person that I was talking to said I am "a" manager. I told this person my experience experience and all he could say was I haven't been up here much so I don't know what was going on I'm sorry. Absolutely no gesture of how about you have a free soda or how about I get you a free small fry, nothing to help with the situation.. The only reason I even came in to the bill the building was to hopefully play make them aware of the situation so that it didn't happen to someone else. Horrible experience

As usual with Mc Donald's, the burgers are substandard and sloppily made, their coffee is awful, and the only thing they do decently -- in my opinion -- is the ice cream cones. The only real thing in their favor is they're convenient. The only reason I ever darken their window is if I'm really hungry and there's nowhere else nearby. That, or because I urgently need an ice cream cone. 😎

I'm a little baffled how the reviews for this location are on such a low average. This is one of the more modern and up-to-date locations in terms of the building, drive thru and indoor dining/ordering systems. Extremely clean location. Food in my experience is about what you would expect but not bad by any means. Modern and fast ordering systems indoors which markedly speeds up the process and reduces unnecessary interactions. My only real criticism of this location is that some of the staff need to be more aware of their surroundings when people do enter the building. No one wants to hear your unprofessional conduct or whining. Drive thru is hit and miss which is evidenced by a lot of reviews. Save yourself the trouble. Go indoors. Order. Get it in a timely fashion and your food will likely be better prepared with a minimal wait as it's not being rushed through their normally extremely busy 2 lane drive thru. The app is pretty damn good in this regard as well.

Customer service is horrible the cashier at the drive thru was being unnecessarily rude as heck towards my dad. I know yall have stressful jobs but if you really treat people horrible and don’t wanna work there THEN LEAVE you guys ruin mcds for families who want to enjoy a quick snack. Too bad I left one star if I could leave 0 I would. Don’t recommend going there either way its always rush hours for them.
