I know it's all timing but we ordered online and went to pick it up 35 minutes later at my scheduled pick up time. Sandwiches weren't made because they needed to know what replacement bread I wanted since they were out of the I've we ordered. Fine, making the sandwiches now they're out of a main ingredient for one, then, it just gets worse. . Finally asked for a refund from the annoyed customer service rep. I never seemed satisfied with the online order, the sandwiches are never consistent. To be expected I suppose.

Wasn’t acknowledged waiting in the drive thru during store hours. Left after 10 mins of idling my car in front of the menu speakers. Usually they let you know they’ll be with you after they help whoever is in the lobby, but I didn’t even get a hello.

Do not order delivery! The last 3 times we ordered online delivery they charged doordash fees then do not drop off the make it a meal. They only leave the sandwiches. They do not answer the phone and since it’s not ordered through doordash you can not get a refund. Save the extra $6.00 per order because they can’t get it right!

I don’t prefer this location. Very skimpy on the vegetables. My order is incorrect 30% of the time. They do not answer the phone. Appears to only have one person working there (inside and drive thru).

Its a great spot for a subway, just need more attention with supply & products ability. Also the employees lacking of motivation. Please, i would like to come and eat here more often!

I hate coming to this location. One person running the counter and drive through. I was not greeted when I walked in. And the girl working is new and very slow.

We have gone to Subway a number of times. We always get a salad. They have the most tender and delicious chicken. The salads are filling and sooo good.

Horrible service literally sit in drive through for 10 min no other customers not even in lobby let and went to forest grove subway they have way better quicker service
