Last time I was here she closed 3 hours early saying someone quit. Not my problem. Today I asked for a drink same girl says she cleaning the oven it will be ten minutes can I wait. Are you kidding me. She needs to go!

When I approached the counter I was greeted as if I had committed a crime against humanity, when I was ordering the person working there talked in a snobby rood voice, I ordered a smores frappacino and when I got it I noticed there was no whipped cream in the bottom I asked the lady why and she said there was. I have ordered about four iced white mochas from them and they always tasted terrible. I am never going there again unless somebody can take order and make them all do what they are supposed to.
