Starbucks

Decided to go to Starbucks while I was waiting for the Max blue line to head home. Wasn't sure what I really wanted and was indecisive about it. After debating it with myself and asking a few questions I said I guess I'll just have a Venti Mocha Cookie Frap. Which is very close to my usual. Even though I really wanted something different. Celeste made a few suggestions after seeing that I really wanted to try something different. After telling her to just surprise me assuring her that I have no allergies etc she provided me with the best drink I've ever gotten. She also has great communication skills and wonderful people skills. She even provided me with a ticket for her creation so that I could order it from other stores later on exactly the way she made it. Great Job Celeste. Great staff and coffee , but if you ask for "a little extra Carmel" on your Carmel Frappe some of them fill it almost a 1/4 way full of Carmel .... Which at that point makes the entire drink pretty disgusting so I'd definitely make sure they understand "a little" is not half the drink . Other than that love the place.

A great Starbucks, just like every other. Staff is nice, location is convenient. The courtyard just outside is also pretty and makes this a great place to spend some quality time at. When there's a farmer's market, food stalls are set up right outside so it's very tempting to go get a drink while sampling stalls.

I go here often and it is ok. I hate the hard chairs, they are the same at most stores and they actually hurt if I am there more than about 20 minutes. I like the coffee better than anywhere else and the Chonga bagel is one I like as well so I go even though the service is spotty. Today was the first day it was bad enough to spend my time to actually write about. It takes a lot to get me to take the time to complain but they were able today. We stopped by for coffee and a bagel. The bagel my wife gets, was out. The only one available upsets her stomach but we were already there and in a hurry so we got it. Then we ordered coffee. They were out of Pikes... OK, I like the dark but my wife can not so we wait 5 minutes for coffee to get ready while they toast our bagel. We got it to go and headed out. We got to our office to eat and the bagels were not toasted, there was a tiny bit of brown color on them like they were toasted but they were cold. It was like they were frozen and they tried to toast them while frozen. I am not sure. They were out of coffee, out of bagels and did not prepare them right and there no attempt to compensate or not charge or a coupon for a free one when it was available and then was all by 9AM. I would hate to arrive later in the day and see what it was like. Really sorry day at Starbucks today! Did not do well and did not try to apologize or make it right.
