The BEST burgers you'll find in a fast food restaurant! MADE TO ORDER, you can get a plain burger with just mustard and raw jalapeños or the whole thing with mayo and mushrooms - MOST dressings are free. THE BURGER: Be CAREFUL when ordering though, a junior burger has one patty and the REGULAR has 2 PATTIES. FRIES: Be careful, there's NO SMALL PORTION ... Small is "a lot for two people", medium is much more and I don't know about large. PRICE: You'll pay about $10 USD for a burger but the QUALITY of ingredients is easy to identify in each bite.

Apart from 5 guys in general being overpriced, this location is just straight up understaffed. I made an online order at 1pm, arrived at 1:30pm, but the order was not even started yet and I had to sit around for another 30 minutes. People who arrived in line after me were getting their food first. I had to remind them that I was sitting here waiting. When I finally got my food, it turns out it was already done 20 minutes earlier, they just forgot, and it was cold and soggy. At least they gave me new fries… Meanwhile, one employee is very slowly pretending to clean things and not helping anyone. I wanted to just leave and go get something else, but I had already paid for the food. Most frustrating experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Do not recommend.

I tried this place for the first time and in my honest opinion it was trash. For $9.50 for a cheeseburger I would think they would be way better than what they are. I appreciated that the fries was cut from real potatoes but they are way to greasy! I recommend going to Killer Burger where you can get a wayyyyy better burger with fries included for the same price, maybe a couple dollars more. I will never eat from here again.

Very good food as always but they really need to have someone that just does the shakes. 2/4 times I’ve been here, I’ve had to wait an additional 5 mins or more (once 10 but there was a big rush so I’ll let that go) before I could leave because I ordered a shake. It’s inconvenient to have the food be done before the shakes, otherwise all is good.

Burgers all around pretty good, definitely fills the desire for a more substantial burger. Tried the bacon in the milkshakes and was a bit disappointed, tasted like just burnt crisps of bacon and lacked the salty juxtaposition to the sweet of the ice cream. Overall recommended, just small improvements could be made.

I have been going to Five Guys since I was a little kid. Tonight I went in to cheer myself up because my dad passed away today and he used to take me growing up. It was going to be a way to remember my east coast up bringing and my dad. What I wasn’t expecting is what happened because I complained that I had been waiting for more than 30 mins for an online order. There were people that even arrived after me with no order in that got there food before me to give you perspective. Anyways, the General Manager Donavan Mason said it was because he was busy. I said it was unacceptable and asked what he was going to do to make it right. He told me it wasn’t his problem. I then asked if he was the manager and he said yes. So I went off on him because he had completely disregarded my previous request to refill the only ketchup dispenser. He then threatened to fight me. His words were “You are lucky I have this shirt on right now.” Like really your the general manager of this place and he throw his business card at me and tells me to get out even though I had not received my food that I had already paid for. I explained to him I was there to remember my dad that passed away this morning and he laughed and said he could care less. He threaten multiple times on my way out the door. Who ever owns this place should really consider replacing this guy. Some of the worst service I have ever had at any Five Guys and I have been to them all over the country. I will be contacting the Five Guys head quarters about this incident as this was literally something they should be ashamed of as a company. Worst part was is he purposely messed up my order and kicked me out.
