Gave this restaurant another chance after previously having a bad experience. Went to this location last night and ordered ice cream in a cup. The amount of ice cream I got was unacceptable! Still charging high prices and getting a smaller serving is ridiculous! And to make matters worse when I voiced my concerns to the young female employee at the window she shut the drive-through window on me mid-sentence! I was very professional and just let her know that I was not satisfied with the amount I was served. I called into the store and an employee said that they are working on customer service. That girl working at the drive-through should’ve been in the back on fries! I will never give this location my money again. Awful service!!

This place used to be nice, but now it's disappointing. It's about time they open the inside of the place. The customer service in the drive thru was nice, but as of recently, every product my friends and I ordered had poor quality. Once, I got a banana caramel that had clumps of caramel and bananas that weren't blended. I hope the manager makes decisions to open the interior and to improve their quality management.

Back in town with my high school sweetheart and wanted to sit down on the Porch like back in the day. Lobby is closed (from reviews it’s been closed since Covid times) ended up going through the drive through to get some thing and then got out of my car to eat on the porch. It was nice but disappointing to see the new owner take advantage of the Covid model. Seems to me it’s easier to run the store without a lobby/bathroom to clean and the owners are enjoying their record profits. Next time I need ice cream we will go to handles or Jenny’s.

We only got icecream, but it tasted pretty good. The dining area was a bit of a mess. They had a big kitchen piece (not sure what it was) just sitting in the back of the dining area and had a bunch of tables pushed together.

Yesterday was the official first day of summer. My boss wanted to treat our employees with treats from DQ. I called ahead, an order of 50 Blizzards. I know my order took time. It was done on time, they had everything I needed packed up as well (spoons/napkins). They even helped me load everything into my car. I love the fact that this DQ is family owned, and you can tell. Thank you!

Was so glad to see this DQ under new ownership and when they get the order right, it's delicious. However, this is the 3rd incorrect drive-thru order in a recent timeframe and we're just done. My husband specifically said "No nuts due to allergies" and yet the sundae had nuts on it when he got home and a simple blizzard was made incorrectly. We've also ordered medium blizzards and received small blizzards, ordered sandwiches that had hardly any chicken on them, and burgers with the wrong toppings - all in different orders. When we've called to let them know, they do not offer to make it right, so it's a waste of time to drive all the way back. Very frustrating since you cannot go inside and have to use the drive-thru.

I currently work there and everyone I work with is getting paid very little. I’m 16 working 5 hours of 4 days, and it’s not easy taking customers that are upset. It is hard for me to juggle everything in my life and also deal with upset customers. I do work super hard to make everyone happy and feel welcome at our establishment and for those who are rude towards us and act childish make our day worse. For the teens that come through and act worse then a 3 year olds it’s harder to deal with, and although when we mess up we make it look like not a big deal. We do get in a lot of trouble it’s not easy for the managers to get us to understand what is needed. All of the managers try to make sure that we are treating everyone with respect, and I go to school for six hours and then walk home for at least 40 minutes and then have to work. I understand if we mess up your order you would be upset but we do try our best to make it right. Tho we messed up please understand we and high schoolers. Before you get upset understand it is just as frustrating for us, we try to get it done as fast as possible. I am working to help my parents because we are struggling financially, and I want to make sure everyone is happy and I know that it’s not fun sitting in a drive through, but as long as there is someone in the drive through I am always moving around so we can get your order to you.

Not only were our blizzards and cones on point but probably some of the BEST customer service we've had in a very long time. The employee was very friendly and polite even during the rush.
