This has to be the slowesttttttttttt McDonald’s EVERRRRRRR. Like no matter what time you go, they’re super slow. I shouldn’t have to wait in drive thru for 15 mins to get my food. That’s 15 mins before paying. This is ridiculous. Today , dec 9th, Thursday. I asked for a steak bagel with no cheese , extra breakfast sauce and sub scramble egg made fresh and this is what i get. Then the manager REBECCA, said she don’t kno anything , she didn’t take the order or make my food, but she’s a manager

Lady at the window that gives you your food is always a nice and genuine. My son doesn't eat much except for chicken nuggets and I usually don't eat McDonald's, so I was just getting the same thing. Maybe she recognized the order and was nice because she liked me, but I have a feeling she's probably like that with all of her customers.

I've never had major issues with McDonald's food or service until now. I went through the drive thru last night ordered a quarter pounder got home took a few bites. Something told me to look at it. It was raw in the middle🤢. I could have gotten really. I realize it's fast food but it still needs to be cooked thoroughly.😒

as a fast food manager myself this place has the worst service i have ever experienced. the food is just awful and a scam of your money all the food is bad the workers are rude sloppy and careless. it takes them 20 minutes to simply just give us a coffee. every time i’ve gone here i’ve always had a terrible experience this is literaly the worst mcdonald’s you could go to. get a new staff it’s embarrassing.

The manager Sara was the rudest person i’ve ever dealt with. I used to frequent this location often with my family but will not be returning after how rudely i was treated

The staff in the morning is very upbeat and happy. I ordered a hash brown and orange juice. The cashier got it for me so quickly I didn’t have a chance to put my cash in my wallet. She greeted me with a smile & was very friendly. The restaurant is clean, & smells clean. I appreciate the great attitudes! It’s hard to find a friendly fast food joint.

Lines be lone. And on this day the coffee machine was not working. But they see fast and not bed at all . they just need more none pork foods.

What's the point of paying for fast food if you're asked to pull off the side wait an additional seven minutes for your food that's not even hot when you get it..????
