I love Hardee's SO much. They're my favorite fast food restaurant. But this location in particular is absolute garbage.
Bear in mind, I say this after visiting this same Hardee's on at least 8 different occasions in the past several months, each time, hoping that they've gotten it together. Yeah, NO. Not at all. The staff is slack in a very serious way. The speed of service is at their own leisure, which is, to be honest, lazy as all get out. They're rude, inconsistent, and unapologetic.
They are almost ALWAYS out of a key menu item, such as ham, sourdough bread, and/or Swiss cheese at any given time. I've been given the wrong order too many times to count, and that's after parking and waiting 20+ minutes for them to bring the burger to my vehicle.
And when the order happened to be correct, it was the sloppiest, most thrown together excuse for a sandwich I've ever seen.
I have given this location chance after chance because I chalked up the trash service to them just having an off day or something, because we all have those from time to time. However, the only thing they've been consistent with is disappointing me in every way.
This entire location/establishment/staff does Hardee's Corp a mass injustice, as they are a poor representation of what a Hardee's ought to be. They should very seriously consider cleaning house and starting fresh. Buyer beware indeed.

My sandwich was cold and dried out it had to be sitting for awhile. The fries was hot though. I was so angry. I took two bites and wrapped it back up. I wanted to take it back but, I heard some people do to your food if they have to remake it. So I thought about it and the gas I would be waisting and on top of that, I was in a rush, that's one reason some people use the drive through. Still upset,

How hard is it to count to seven really??? I ordered 7 breakfast sandwiches for my family at 10:15 in the morning... I was forced to wait upwards of 20 minutes only for them to still screw up my order. I was charged for 7 sandwiches and 7 hash rounds, but only received 5 sandwiches and 5 hash rounds. I guess it was my fault for assuming management would double check my order so I didn't have to. I should probably lower my expectations when it comes to fast food. All in all, they got me for about $8 bucks... Not a bad take.

I just purchased a meal at this site through the drive-through, and after driving away I come to notice that the three person that I saw working were not wearing any face mask protection. They we’re talking and maybe a joke , but no protection while preparing my meal. Yes they were courteous, but I think that in theses times the need to handle food is allot more of a serious matter. They lost my business.

Not too good. After ordering in the drive thru I pulled around just to wait close to 5 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food. Once i pulled to the window she asked me to repeat my order stating there was a mixup. I then waited another 7 to 8 minutes for my food. I arrived home to find my order wasn't correct. The lady working the window was the best part of the visit. Very nice and respectful. I would give her 5 stars but the rest of my experience gets a 2. And only because the food was very good.

Was impressed with the speed of the drive thru this visit. Usually takes a long time to get sub par food but food was great and took no time to get it! Only down side is they didn't have any ice cream for milkshakes that day, bummer!

Hands down the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. It is one thing to forget items in the drive they line, another entirely to allow me to wait in my car for the items when the employees had non intention of being them out. My second call in sleeted next I could walk in to get the missing items. Then upon telling them that allowing me to wait while my food got cold was poor customer service the female employee at the drive thru laughed. I called to talk with the manager and she hung up on me. I was not rude in any way. I then tried to contact the corporate headquarters only to find out there is no way to call them. The website says they want to hear from their customers but it does not look like they genuinely care. I honestly hope this business goes out of business.
