Pizza Hut

under cooked food, skimpy toppings, over prices bone in chicken wings, without bone $14 for 16 and $18,95 for 12 bone in cause it is more trouble to put the BONE BACK in the wing, lol. WORSE pizzas I have ever had, needed to be cooked another 4 to 5 minutes to get the BOTTOM and sides done and not be DOUGHY

I just order a large pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. My pizza sucked! I called to tell them it was hard and crusty and that the pepperonis were stacked and barely done on the bottom. The manager said thank you for your feedback and that was it. She was yelling at one of the cooks to go home when I picked up my pizza. I will not be back. I’m a fan of Pizza Hut but I’m not a fan of my neighborhood’s location.

I have visited this Pizza Hut on 3 different occasions and requested curbside delivery. On each occasion I have had to go inside and pick up my order. Then when I get home, the order is luke warm because it has sat in the warmer for a while, while I was waiting on it to be brought out to me. On this last occasion, I showed the cashier that I had texted "HUT" to the number and got a response asking the name on the order and the make/model of vehicle. The cashier says nothing was showing up on their side. Why have the option of curbside delivery if it is not going to work or no one is going to pay attention to it. I would rather drive down to the Archdale Pizza Hut then utilize this one. Also, what is the reason of employees having on masks if they are not wearing them correctly and wearing them below the nose. I can maybe understand when there are no customers in the store but when there are customers, the mask need to be used properly.

I am usually nearly 100% satisfied with Pizza Hut. But there are 3 issues, 222 of which only applied this time: #1- which applies all the time, is I think the $3.99 delivery fee is too much, considering it is not going to the driver. Perhaps $1.-$2. would be justified, but when I order online no labor is involved above what there would be for eat-in, and the only expense for the store is the box. #2- on this particular occasion, the sauce, cheese, and meat were limited to an area pretty far from the edge of the crust. I know they cannot go to the very edge due to boil over, but in this case I felt like I was getting a medium for the price of a large. #3- This time it was nearly 100 minutes before I got my pizza. This has not been an ongoing problem, usually 30-40 minutes is standard, but this time it was excessive. I do understand that there are sometimes unusually busy nights.

I have eaten at Pizza Hut for years in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina... I can say without question that the food we received at this location was the BEST pizza I have ever had.... the pizza was cooked just as I requested it, the cheesy breadsticks were amazing, the were cooked well done and crispy all while the inside was light and fluffy, and oh my those Cinnabon rolls were to die for. Everything was hot and just so yummy. I will definitely drive a little extra to go to this location over any others in our area. They did a great job!!!!!
