Such a hit or miss spot, you never know if your order is correct because the drive thru screen is broken. Third time this month I've gotten all the way home with incorrect or missing items. Tonight I paid for a combo meal I never received, so I will drive back up there on my dime to get my order corrected, because they refuse to answer a phone call.
2 stars is being extremely generous at this point

Missing items and surly man: Most of the workers are quite polite and friendly, but you better check those bags to be sure you get everything. There is one angry young man who acts like it is a personal affront that you dare order food forcing him to have to pass that bag through the window. If you cannot muster up enough civility to avoid glaring and grunting when someone thanks you, and we are not even talking about being polite and God forbid friendly, maybe you should not get a job working directly with the public.

Little slow for the number of employees working. But, I loved seeing the young people working and earning a paycheck. Food and the service was good. Great job young people .. keep working hard!

the lady in the drive up window ( black shirt ) was the most unprofessional and arrogant person I have ever encountered at a drive up window. Of course she did not bother to thank us for visiting Wendy's

The place was flooded and noone seemed to care. The manager was screaming at employees over a drive through headset that must have been missing. The Chili was burnt. W
Must have been the bottom of the pot. Tables were sticky. Not a place to dine in with the family.

1st time at this Wendy's. Had to tell them I wanted 2 chili's not 1 again at pick up window.
With that being said, I realized I didn't receive my drink but the line was too long to go back for it.
Sandwiches and chili were room temperature.

When you order the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich and they don't put on the Asiago or the bacon😂😂😂
