Subway

Placed an order online for pick up at 8:20pm and got the confirmation. They decided to tape a piece of paper to the door and not update their online ordering system saying they were closing at 8pm. When I called in one of the most USELESS people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with lied and said an order never came through even though I was sitting there staring at the confirmation and confirmed the correct address with him on the phone. Then I asked who I needed to contact to get my money back and his only response was him mumbling I don’t know corporate I guess. Only there is direct corporate line and everything is actually processed online. Real gems you have working here 🙄

This establishment is literally disgusting. The workers are rude and their food isn’t even made fresh. I found a long dark hair in my sub and they don’t change their gloves. The only respectable employee they had was fired because of his skin color and was racially profiled. Never coming here again!!

This is the most amazing Subway I have ever visited. The staff are always so nice and friendly, the food is always fresh, and the best part.... the chopped salads are to die for! Not many people know that you can get a salad from Subway, but if you have not tired one, you are missing out! This location has recently been renovated/updated and is always clean and stocked. Best Subway location in NC for sure!

Don't go in with a large order, they act like you're inconveniencing them. When I walked in there was no customers in the restaurant but me. Granite there were several when I was leaving but if You don't want my money then tell me that when I walk in so I don't waste my time ordering 10 sandwiches from you!
