marked being dissatisfied with speed of service, my reasoning being that I don't need my order to be fast if once you leave things are wrong. I have had incorrect orders in the past, cold and soggy fries and rude employees but have not used the feedback survey to bring attention to these situations. But unfortunately today's visit really was dissatisfying, my reasoning I feel was understood by the young lady that re-rang my order but not by who was possibly the manager, because he didn't speak to me. I apologized for requesting to have my order re-cooked because the person that brought the food to our vehicle asked if we had the burritos and we answered no, the food was then brought to 2 other vehicles in which it was taken into each of their cars, then brought back over to us and asked if we had 3 fry orders. At this point the food was taken back in and I could see the employee and the bags were handed to someone else and then brought back down to the 3rd drive-thru window and to ask us what we ordered and then began to hand us the bags of food that went into 2 other vehicles.
I really wasn't trying to be difficult, I never raised my voice or was ugly but just wanted it to be understood as to why I requested fresh food. I pulled around to go inside and the food was transferred to a new bag and being walked back down to the window that I was previously at. I told the young lady at the counter the situation and asked for new food again, the young lady went right over and re-rang the food not a problem, the male, who possibly was the manager, grabbed the bag of food went down the food production line without saying a word once he did something at the register. I know my fries were fresh since I seen fries being made. The food I'm not so sure wasn't re-bagged once it went around the corner. Our receipt had a time stamp of 1:40p and we waited at the 3rd window for a bit before everything happened but once getting home the boxes from the quarter pound meals had the time of 1:53p. I don't feel that the food was re-made but only re-packaged but made to look like it was made again. As a customer, I don't feel requesting new food since it was handled by other patrons and in their possession within their vehicles was wrong to ask, I apologized as well for making the request. Again, I don't need speed of service over everything else, I would like my order to be accurate and fresh, along with quality of service for my hard earned money spent at your restaurant.

Even though the manager took care of our order mixup professionally it taught us that you have to pay attention to what is on the screen as you order. The girl taking our order mixup our order. Things happen to anyone and we get that . Working on drive thru is stressful during rush hour and if the person is fairly new doesn't need to be in drive thru. and if you can't

Went there today with my son. The cashier was extremely rude. Megan was her name. I only know because my son walked up and asked her name because it made him mad that the lady was so rude to his mom. We wound up literally throwing away our food because we were scared she spit in it. After we had no choice but to go to another place to eat. I highly recommend going else where.

Their food is always so good.I usually get the hibachi chicken. I got the hibachi steak this time it was so good.I just wish they would substitute the carrots for more broccoli 🥦! They cook it just how I like it!

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with no cheese. My son wanted a crispy buttermilk biscuit with cheese. She charged me for extra cheese .69 . That’s a lot of money for a piece of cheese. I’d like to know why I didn’t get .69 off my bacon biscuit. I’d rethink my tactics or you might see a decline in profit with change of orders. I never get cheese on mine and would like my .69 off every time.

The food was fine. You get what you pay for. But Danielle the cashier is the least friendly person I’ve ever encountered in a fast food setting. She has genuine disdain for the customer. How this woman has a job in the HOSPITALITY industry is beyond me. You don’t have to do jumping jacks and cheerleader stuff, but don’t make it so obvious that you consider your customer a nuisance.

This happened in the Hickory N.C location across from the mall while in the drive threw 9/19/20 at8:15 pm .the store manager of all employees dropped the next orders fries on the floor and put it back in the bag when i commented on it she told me to NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND IM HOLDING UP THE LINE definitely my last time going there! can only imagine what go's on when no one is looking

I'm not a fan of McDonald's food, as I usually eat healthy, but they are open earlier than any other quick breakfast place when you have to be at work at 5 AM. Also, drive through was really fast.
