Dunkin'

I love this Dunkin, I have been going there for years now ever since I was in high school. The manager is such a great person and puts enough bacon on my avocado toast :) Many places don't do that. Also the other co worker with white hair, she is a dime. I do not know their names but I know they work very hard and should definitely be rewarded for their awesome work. I know fast food isn't always the best environment to work in but they definitely show proper teamwork and good people skills.

I came here on Valentines day and bought a cold coffee and a box of donuts and I bought my mom a cafe con leche, the cashier was nice and had a nice way of communicating with me and asking in detail how I wanted my coffees. That lady is amazing, wish I would of caught he name to put it on here. 10 stars

Okay here we go again I went to Dunkin Donuts on a Saturday at 11 and the lady inside told me that they are closing at 11 for the past month I wonder if corporate is aware of this store closing at 11 on Saturday and Sundays I will definitely give them a call to find out This is crazy I came to Dunkin Donuts at 10:52 p.m. the website says they're open two ladies inside they're mopping and they're saying they're closed this is insane Hey Muhammad I think that you're the owner I've seen you here before you're very nice but I don't know if you're aware that your store is closing at 10:52 p.m. on a Saturday the ladies inside or waving us to go away

Honestly I’m really upset about this Dunkin I literally showed the manager today that I had an order placed and she didn’t even bother looking at her screen or looking at the computer to check if it was correct she told me it wasn’t in the system. I had didn’t have the time to argue with her poor customer service because I had to be at work. And that’s why I order from the mobile app. Not to mention she smiled and didn’t even bothered to show initiative to help. Sucks to rate this place when I had 5 stars originally. This manger needs better problem solving skills.

The kind, personable service provided by all staff in this shop, makes it stand out above all other DD shops in the area. The Store is always clean, with a happy atmosphere and colorful display to make the experience even better. I am not a regular DD customer, but I can assure you that this tiny spot welcomes many people in for a reason: all the servers do their work with a good heart! Keep up the good work!
