Pizza Hut

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. Everyone is absolutely right. HORRIBLE customer service and management. Even though I selected curbside pickup and was parked in the appropriate parking spot I waited for 20mins to no avail. Finally i called and was told they were too busy to bring it out and To come inside or I could get a refund in 3-5 days. I asked to speak to the manager who ended up telling me to “just pull up to the front” before hanging up on me. Then to top it all off not only was the food cold and hard but I was given the wrong pizza. Avoid this location at all costs !!!

AWFUL experience. Order was delayed for over 25 minutes despite showing completed on the app. Despite The order been curbside, nobody came for 15 minutes until I decided to briefly leave my babies in the car to call up on them because nobody was answering the phone either. An employee with a very negative attitude and very disrespectful tries to explain that curbside orders cannot pay cash (I understand contactless are not) while bribing me the wrong order. When I tell him I’m missing some of the order he tells me I ordered wings which I did not, only to realize he brought the wrong order. I had to once again to go back inside and call him. He then becomes even more stupid and instead of apologizing or try to correct his mistake he was very disrespectful when addressing me asking for my info which I had to scream from the door… remember I have my two babies on the car and I won’t leave them any farther from me. At the end he brought me the right order but when he handed it to me he was again very disrespectful. I left the pizza in the car and decided I didn’t have to take any mistreatment from a business that is supposed to be in the hospitality and customer service environment. I demanded his name no less than 50 times to no avail. I called the store repeatedly but the owners or managers were not there because I assume this punk kept on hanging the phone on me. Readers beware. This store lacks a basic standard and for what I read is a chronic pattern and behavior at this location. For me, I’ll make sure not to order from them ever again. Have a good life Pizza Hut.

Imagine a 3 topping pizza with the least amount of ingredients humanly possible so it could "technically speaking" still be considered a 3 topping pizza. That's what we got. Artists at spreading the light toppings around in a manner that makes it appear there's toppings on it but so sparse that when you're done eating, it literally feels like U just ate cheese & bread. Will it kill U to add an extra slice of green pepper & mushroom??? Sorry, I know I'm asking for a lot.

I had worst pizza experience ever. 1st, I went to pick up the pizza for someone who placed it with their credit card. When picking up the pizza , I was told to present the their credit card for verification. Its a $9.00 pizza. I dont carry other people's credit card. This is a policy that their competitors do not do. 2nd, pizza was extremely greasy and NOT WORTH $9.00. Lastly, I will never buy from pizza hut. Luckily there better pizza around this neighborhood.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Pizza Hut needs to be more cognizant of who they give their franchises to and the franchise owners need to be more aware of the people they hire as employees and managers. I placed an order online delivery order that indicated delivery time was 60-70 minutes. My card was charged and o received the email giving me the estimated delivery time of arrival. Well, 40 minutes after the estimated time, I decided to call because my order still was not delivered. I called multiple times only to be placed on hold by an automated system for excess of 20 mins with no one picking up. I decided to go to the store, by this time 2 hours and 15 mins had passed since I placed my original order. I walk into the store to hear phones ringing with at least 4 employees at the counter, not doing anything, but also not answering the phones. When I told the young lady that I’ve been calling, she just responded with “we’re not answering the phones at the moment”. What??? How is that possible when you’re open for business and taking orders online???? Anyway, she called what I can only assume was the manager who then looked at the computer. They gave each other some looks then asked me what I would like to do. I mean, how about telling me what happened and trying to resolve the matter. Any event, I requested a refund. I will NEVER order from this location again and Pizza Hut needs to do an audit of their stores in order to protect the reputation. That’s if they care!!!!

Best pizza ever! And was cooked to perfection, rather this place over Papa John's pizza or even dominos, (CELLPHONE ORDERS AT PAPA JOHNS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA I GOT CHARGED 400 BUCKS FROM SOMEONE AT THAT PIZZA PLACE AND FOUND OUT THEY USED MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, DO NOT GIVE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IM SAVING YOU THE TROUBLE SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE.)
