The wings are good, but the people that work there lack the American sense of customer service. The worst part is that they don’t seem to care. Recently placed an order online for delivery and they sent only part of it, I called and they said the rest would come with another driver, but that never happened, after 2 hours I had to call back to cancelled it. It got worst since the refund was short. Things are getting out of hand, and they may not know it, but businesses will suffer in the long run. Sad thing is I can’t order from them anymore.

It’s my weekly goto place for wings. I find this location’s preparation of the fries to be the best, for my likings. Fries have a hint of sweetness followed by the striking salty taste. The staff is always friendly and have never had an issue. Great place to get your hot wings!!!! Pics are of the Cajun wings and the breaded tenders are Louisiana Rub. Delicious!!!

Horrible experience twice!!! DoorDash never delivery my food. 1st time I had to go my way to go pick another order while being pregnant. Today I order again from them. Same thing happen. Refuse to give me my money or resend the food again. Claim for me to call DoorDash. Even thought DoorDash call them and they refuse to answer the phone. I’m getting the runaround with them for my money. No store credit or anything…. Left without no food. That place need to shut down.

first of the food was great but the point is that my daughter left her retainers on accident wrapped in a little paper so whoever picked up the garbage on the table threw it away , when we got in the car I noticed she didn’t have them and I drove back , when we got there we told the workers and this kind lady worker puts on gloves and started looking through the trash even though I said I could help she refused and ended up finding them. I’m very thankful she was there to help. 😊

Second time with the same issue. I ordered 30 wings and a plate with this. Nobody ever called to tell me they don't have thigs, but they charge them, and now the promise that they will refund what they didn't delivered, which I never receive the previous order and I hope I will get this time. It seems like the owner or the employees are keeping the money and doing a terrible service. I will never buy from them again. In top of that you are suppose to wait 7 days to get a refund from the incomplete order, because they charge you even if they are not able to deliver. Dirty or crooked business going on on that 68th Wing Stop.

This restaurant is a little out of my way to go to. However, I make the effort to go to this location because their fast service and generous portions. Usually, food is right on time as the app says if you order online. Also, the boneless wings are a pretty decent size. In addition, the restaurant is nice and clean. The staff is polite and they make sure you are satisfied with your order.

I am doordash is the second time that go to this store and the lady the hair black large young that working every day attended the customer in the door is unprofessional,altive,She do not attent the customers good,please change the person for other person more professional for the customers to be treated as it should be with kindness and respect as it should, it is very arrogant and immature,is my advice for you
