Taste Budz

The wait times in this establishment were interesting. My wife and I came in for a quick milkshake and boba tea, and although they were apologetic for the wait it seemed that was the general service for both sides of the restaurant. Our shakes and tea were amazing and worth the wait, it's the waiting that's my only critique and should be looked into for future patrons.

I am rewriting my review and will all but leave out the Roach that was crawling on our table since the owner(s) chose to disagree and responded venomously.!! BUT be advised that WE DID indeed try to "discretely" notify the server so as not to make it to obvious to the other diners sitting nearby..but, just like with our non existent, yet requested drink refills, we were ignored. By this time we had both lost our appetites and were disgusted with the lack of service and obvious insect problem. Since my husband had already smashed the bug, had it wrapped in his napkin and had thrown the filthy thing onto his plate of partially eaten food..he went up to pay our bill to a very rude person at your register.. Sir, your place is very unfriendly, your staff is rude. Since you more than likely have many, many more than the one bug that we saw.. You need to and will be reported to the local/state Health Departments. We will not be back and I will advise our friends and family to eat elsewhere as well.
