Pizza Hut

Drove one hour round-trip to pick up pizzas that were made wrong after illustrating to them in the greatest of detail to not put cheese on them. After calling the manager Amber she informed me that their policy was to only give a 50% refund unless I drove the incorrectly made pizzas back to them (another 1 hour round-trip )or let them keep half of a $101.56 purchase that they screwed up. Also, Amber actually insisted that it was my fault that they made the pizzas wrong because my son didn't check them in the drive thru, while in his car. Unreal, unprofessional, poor business practices with insanely high prices. All around a bad experience we will not be enduring again. And my poor wife had to make dinner for the kids at 8pm!

The guy at the pick-up window was very polite and very quick with getting our order out to us as it was storming pretty bad in our area and he also made it a point to tell us to drive safe and be careful out there! There are not a lot of young kids out there anymore that take the time to tell adults that anymore, so kudos to him! It made our night!
