Yogurt Mountain

Took my six year old in on a Sunday afternoon - place was empty when we arrived, and the person working was super kind and helpful showing my son how it all worked and giving him a couple of sample cups so he could pick a flavor - he loved it! Immaculately clean and everything was perfect - we’ll be back!

Prices are high for what you get. We got 3 small cups of yogurt about half full each and it was $20. Too expensive to come back. Owner did respond, I'd suggest posting the prices so people aren't surprised. We normally pay about 10 or so bucks for our 3 kids to get fro-yo at other places, hence our surprise.

This was our first trip to Yogurt Mountain in a long time. Possibly since the pandemic started. We've had really good experiences at this location in the past, but this trip wasn't as good. There were no sample cups. This wouldn't be a problem if they always served the same flavors, but the flavors change often and there's no way to know if you'll like a flavor without sampling it. I'm also way more likely to get more of a flavor if I have sampled it and know that I like it. The other issue was that some of the flavors were watery (slightly melted). I didn't know that until I put it in my cup (no sample cups). Then, when we went to the front desk with our already slightly melted yogurt, all the workers were in back and I couldn't get their attention. I eventually opened the outside door hoping it would signal them that someone had just walked in and I got them to look up from what they were doing so I could get their attention. The only other issue was that one of the toppings (little round wafers) was old and hard. I'm hoping this was out of the ordinary and not the new reality for this location. Otherwise, we'll have to find a different yogurt place. Bring back the sample cups and maybe add a bell to the front desk so our yogurt doesn't melt while we're waiting on someone to come weigh it.

My daughter-in-law and family we're in last weekend and we all went down there first time I've been there absolutely fabulous I am a lifetime customer now. Employees were professional and kind and courteous, the store was very clean names are cleaned constantly while we were there. Great store great product keep up the good work
