Ihop

Experience was horrible. From the time I walked in the door I felt like a second class citizen. I would say it could have been because of my color or maybe the way I was dressed but then I would sound too cliche. They clearly seen me waiting there for about 15 mins and decided to come to finally sit the next group that walked in the door. Once we were sat it took a little over 10 mins to be greeted but they were checking on the other maybe 2 tables they had constantly….. fast forward I finally get to order I ask if the orange juice has pulp he says he is going to check/ask comes back and says no but of course it’s full of pulp. I ask for Chocolate milk for a replacement and get spoiled milk. It doesn’t stop there my whole order was incorrect. I felt like things were done on purpose & I won’t be going back. This happens way to often and Ima stop going to any place that treats me as such. Ok, I am done with my soap box. And I didn’t get my pancakes!!!!!!!!

Our waitress was really nice and seemed to enjoy what she did. However, the quality of food has gone down significantly since the last time I visited an IHOP. It was not nearly what I remembered or what I expected for the price that I paid. Unfortunately, I likely will not return to dine at IHOP unless they decide to restructure the menu or how they prepare the meals.

I regret to say that this IHOP totally let me down. The pancakes were definitely not hot, light and fluffy.. quite the opposite. They were cold stiff and the butter would barely melt. Also, all good memories of IHOP for me, included the choice of at least, four different types of syrup. I can stay home for Maple. I won't be going back. As a matter of fact, I don't know if I'm going to go back to another IHOP if they only have one choice of syrup! Sad days

Over priced! Was $45.00 plus tip for only 2 people eating Breakfast. Also there were only three tables being served at the time, but the servers were in slow motion. Food was OK. Definitely not worth $45.00 for Breakfast and a cup of coffee for two. Then after paying the bill my server took at least 10 minutes before returning my debit card and only after asking about it.
