Taco Bell

Food has always been good. Friendly, knowledgeable, & fast service as usual, but i did not receive all the food items that I had ordered & payed for. Although they seemed to be on the ball they F*CKED UP MY ORDER! I usually ignore this but this is the 3rd time in six months they've left out something I've payed for. I will absolutely be going back to this location (Old Hickory Blvd & I40)this location is ran well. I've had poor and really slow experiences at other location. This location is better than others. I will most definitely be checking my drive though bag to insure my oder has been filled completely.

The food serves as a delivery system for their hot sauce. I ordered on Uber eats. Out of Mexican pizzas, not able to just refund the item, had to replace it with a burrito I didn't want. I ordered 20 fire and 10 mild sauces... Received ZERO sauces. Can't call to complain or ask if I can come pick up sauces in person, phone rings and I get 90's fax machine noises. Worst fast food delivery experience of my life.

Normally when I order ahead online, other Taco Bell locations wait until I have arrived to make my food. This one decided to make it before I arrived. So when I got it, my food was cold and sticking to the wrapper. Tried to call. No answer. Won't be coming to this location again. Waste of 10 bucks and my time.

Manager was very ride and obviously racist. I will never return to this taco bell. No cheese between the shellson the cheesy gordita crunch and the inside hard shell was completly crushed. He told me and my Co worker that we had to order on the in lobby tablet. A we are trying to navigate it to see the menu another gentleman approached the counter and he immediately comes over and takes his order. After he finished we re approach the counter as we did not have a card to use at the tablet and just wanted to order off the visible menu. A nice lady came over to take our order and he got rude with her telling her we were told to use the tablet. We told her we did not have a card to use and she continued with our order as he huffed and puffed. This man should not be a manager. He is rude and racist against white people. He took two other orders from black customers and told another white couple to use the tablet while we were there eating. Fire this man.
