Subway

Would have left no stars but i couldn't!! The guy in front of me ordered a steak club i saw it so i decided to order one they tried to give me half the steak or charge me for double meat then gave me an option that would have cost more but the guy got his free!! How make the same sandwich two different ways!! 10 outta 10 would not recommend!

So I have t eaten here yet but I wanted to comment on the service. We were driving down Main Street today 21 January at 3:25 pm and we saw traffic stopped. Look over and a subway employee is helping an elderly man cross the street to go to the pharmacy. Some nice young lady made sure he crossed safely and watched him to make sure he was okay. All honor to the father and his son above our creator for allowing this young lady to shine her light.

4 employees on the clock with only 2 working up front. There were several people lined up waiting to get their food. One of the other employees was baking cookies, not sure what the other one was doing. With several people lined up they should have came out and helped take care of the customers. I was not impressed with tonight's service at all.

I really would not give it any stars if I had the option. I was yelled at and mocked by an employee for telling him what veggies I wanted. I then had a belligerent customer try to jump in as well. The manager stood meekly by and did little. They are never fully stocked and the attitude you receive there id not worth going to eat it.

This is, by far, my favorite Subway location. This location is also where my favorite sandwich artist works - his name is Justin. He happens to be the Day Manager as well. I have no questions as to why he is, seeing as he is hospitable, friendly, quick (but not sloppy.), listens to the exact order, and leaves you feeling happy about your meal purchase. As far as the condition of the location goes, it is always clean. I have never noticed a time when I have visited where it is dirty. They keep the drink line stocked and wiped down. They keep the tables nice. The sandwich meats and vegetables are ALWAYS kept uncontaminated by other meats and veggies. The sauces and salt/pepper/etc section is always tidy, as their make table is too. I have been very impressed with how tidy they keep the place, even during busy times. They seem to have a very good management situation there. This brings me back to Justin. The whole of my best experience boils down to his efforts as a manager, and his great team that he is clearly holding to a very high standard. Speaking of his team... I have never heard them complain, ever. When they had a broken microwave for a bit, they appologized profusely. They are all friendly and willing to smile and talk to you. They make great sandwiches, wraps, mini pizzas, and salads. They are a great team! I am debating writing a letter to Subway corporate about this wonderful location. They are doing it right, and Subway needs to know. I wholeheartedly recommend this location if you are looking to get a sub sandwich, wrap, salad, or some of those amazing cookies we all love. You will have a good experience. Also- for those in the military, to my understanding, they offer a discount to our heroic Armed Forces in uniform.
