Wendy's

4/10/22 ordered carryout online. 2 medium fries, 2 daves singles, apple pecan salad and the new honey grilled chicken sandwich. Picked up on my way to work. Get to work, chicken sandwich is old and dry with NO cheese OR hot honey. I received a grilled chicken on a bun with bacon and fried pickles. Fries are both half full, cold and old. Loooked in the salad bag before i left to find NO pecans, NO dressing. Told the boy at the counter with the afro im missing the dressing and pecans. He goes in the back and comes back up puts the dressing in the bag. Get to work and i have an apple pecan chicken salad with AVOCADO green dressing. Unreal. Big waste of money. Never again.

Got food for my family around 8. Besides their food, I ordered 2 large chili with cheese. I got them fed and down and was about to eat my chili and found that between both containers, there might be one half of a hamburger patty's amount of meat and the beans are hard like they haven't even been cooked with the few crumbs of meat. I've called twice to see if I could drive back and exchange them and no one will answer the phone. It's disappointing that there's no meat and uncooked but even worse that no one will answer to be able to fix the problem. 2/22/22

Had no idea idea that I had to order sugar for my ice coffee. It wasn't offered to me either. Something told me to go to McDonald's but I like Wendy's food better. I hate McDonald's food but I love their Frappès. Since the gas prices I decided to stick with 1 restaurant. It definitely was not worth it. Wendys coffee taste the way cigarettes smells🤢🤢🤮 It was not a taste that I was expecting, lol. I nearly caused an accident on the road. The taste snuck up on me & caused me to jam my breaks. Imagine explaining to Tupac & Al Capone how I died🤣😅

Food was as expected. Service, however, was poor and the lady that took the order must of been having a bad day or she hates her job. Wouldn't let me finish my order and just to us to pull up to the window. Handed us one order and not mine. Didn't feel like arguing with the upset lady anymore so We just went about our way unhappy.

Management is absolutely retarded here. Upper Management needs to take a long look at who they have running their store. Lobby says closed, yet the doors are still open. Sign says 'Closed due to staffing issues.", yet there are six people meandering behind the counter, and one more on break (in the lobby).
