This place is horrible!! No staff!! Every time I go I’m waiting over 30 minutes for a simple breakfast order. One time they were out of biscuits. Isn’t that what Hardee’s is known for? I will not be returning!!

I asked for a loaded breakfast burrito with extra sausage. They already had one in the warmer, we even heard him say, ( that one isn't right, but give it anyway," thinking I wouldn't come back. It was only cheese and egg. I came back asked for a new one and they told me they couldn't give me extra sausage. Well I was charged extra for it.... So give it to me on the side. They continued to roll their eyes and agree.
Needless to say, this breakfast burrito was the size of a McDonald's burrito.
WORST Hardee's EVER!
P.S.
We're in a semi, that wasn't real easy, I just wanted what I consider a "good breakfast!" Henderson needs new management and employees!

Quick & efficient service was provided. We had the low carb bacon & beef. With a few modifications, our order was correct, and the food was delicious.

Greetings! I haven't been to this Hardee's in awhile but my visit was good. My order was correct and my food was hot and it didn't take long to fulfill my order thank you.

Very displeasant staff every time I visit this location. It's no wonder that the drive thru is always empty every tike I decide to stop, or even drive by.
Upper management really needs to revamp the entire staff.

I have to comment on this restaurant because this is my work place...I'm speaking for myself & my team of workers. I have worked a lot of different jobs in my career. Never have I worked fast food until July of 2021....this is the hardest job I have ever worked. Getting to work at 4am preparing homemade biscuits while my other Team Member Ms. T prepares the other breakfast foods and Ms. Mitzi gets Coffee, Tea & other foods ready for customers to start lining up in drive-thru @ 5am. I would love to see some customers be a little kinder and put themselves in our shoes just for a day. For those regular customers that show there appreciation by there patients & kind words....WE AS A TEAM AT HARDEE'S REALLY DO APPRECIATE YOU AND WE DO KNOW WHO THOSE CUSTOMERS ARE.

Look I know help is hard to come by but sweet tea isn't made by the cup. This visit has inspired me to boycott all fast food establishments for the next 6 months. I'm tired of giving my money to them. Karen rant over.
